Abstract: This talk presents advances in microwave and terahertz cryo-CMOS integrated circuits that address key scalability bottlenecks in quantum systems. This talk will introduce a wireless THz backscatter qubit control/readout architecture and a scalable cryo-CMOS controller for color-center qubits, enabling compact, energy-efficient quantum hardware.
