Abstract: Innovations in GaN are shaping how power and data are delivered in future electronics. High performance and high density GaN transistors have led to efficient, ultra-dense solutions relevant for high performance compute and datacenters. Monolithic integration of GaN and Si CMOS, and the advent of engineered and ultra-thin GaN substrates are enabling new possibilities including future advanced chiplet integration.
