Abstract Submission (now closed for MARC2019)

STEP 1 – Fill out your primary author information on the MTL Resume Website. This step is mandatory as some of this information will appear next to your abstract. Please be aware that submissions to the resume website need to be approved by MTL before you are able to complete your MARC abstract submission. The approvals will happen within 24 hours of submission. By submitting your abstract to the MARC Committee, you agree to have your abstract published in the MARC 2019 Conference Proceedings.

STEP 2 – Prepare your abstract using the template and guidelines below. Please ensure that you follow the naming convention when submitting your abstract file: "marc2019_firstname_lastname_keyword.rtf"

STEP 3 – Abstract submission is a part of the general conference registration - you will be prompted to submit the abstract document during the registration. 

After Submission

STEP 4 – MARC Committee will review the abstracts and provide feedback on how they can be improved prior to publication. Authors will receive their abstracts with edits, comments, and a referral to the EECS Communication Lab as needed. 

STEP 5 - Please make the necessary changes and return the abstracts to the MARC committee (to your session chair), for them to be included in the printed proceedings.
