The Terahertz Integrated Electronics Group is part of MIT's Microsystems Technology Laboratories (MTL).  It was established in 2014 by Ruonan Han, an associate professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS). Our research focuses on ultra-high-frequency microelectronic circuits and systems targeting at emerging opportunities in sensing, metrology, security and communication.
