The MTL BBQ was brought inside by the threat of rain on September 26th, but dampen spirits, it did not. More than two hundred members of the MTL community gathered. The meal provided an opportunity for us to gather in a relaxed environment and share good food and even better conversation. “I know I particularly enjoyed having a chance to familiarize myself with the fresher faces of MTL, say hello to the familiar faces, and welcome all of our amazingly talented students, postdocs, staff, faculty, and friends!” shares one member of the team.
